European Online Dispute Resolution Platform

Since 15 February 2016, the EU Commission has beenproviding a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. As a consumer, this gives consumers the opportunity to resolvedisputes in connection with online orders, initially without theinvolvement of a court. The dispute resolution platform can beaccessed via the external link:
