Insofar as you provide us with a text, for example in InDesign, the text that is to be translated will be converted into a popular word processing format.
Texts that are delivered to us in hard copy or as an image file (e.g. JPG, TIFF or EPS); will in principle be converted into a MS Word format.
Texts that are delivered to us as PDF files will in principle be converted into a MS Word format.
The translation will be delivered to you, insofar as nothing otherwise has been agreed upon in writing, in this format (MS Word).
